文章梳理了新医改下乡镇卫生院人才队伍建设相关政策,分析了乡镇卫生院人才队伍建设存在的主要问题及原因,并对相关政策提出了再完善建议,为提高乡镇卫生院人才队伍服务能力提供政策支持。

A series of policies related to construction of rural health care personnel for the new medical system reform were summarized,together with the analysis of problems and causes of them.Then suggestions were put forward of further improvement in those policies to provide support for promoting the service capacity of rural health care personnel.
