[目的]探讨结直肠癌小鼠模型Apc Min/+贫血的类型及病因。[方法]对33只Apc Min/+小鼠和23只同窝对照Apc+/+小鼠进行外周血血细胞计数,比较两组之间红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)和平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)间的差异,以及ApcMin/+小鼠上述各项参数与健康小鼠正常值之间的差异。同时,制备外周血血涂片,观察ApcMin/+小鼠红细胞形态的变化。[结果]ApcMin/+小鼠与对照组Apc+/+小鼠的红细胞参数RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH和MCHC之间均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。其中,ApcMin/+小鼠的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCH和MCHC各项均值都显著低于对照组,而其MCV的均值显著高于对照组。与之相似,ApcMin/+小鼠的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH和MCHC与健康小鼠相比也存在显著性差异(P均<0.05)。Apc Min/+小鼠的血涂片显示易出现大红细胞、嗜多色红细胞、嗜碱性点彩红细胞及网织红细胞。[结论]与对照组Apc+/+小鼠相比,ApcMin/+小鼠的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCH和MCHC的均值降低,而MCV的均值升高,同时红细胞数目减少,提示其为大细胞低色素性贫血。
[Purpose] To investigate the type and pathogenesis of anemia in a colorectal cancer mouse model Apc^Min/+(multiple intestinal neoplasia). [Methods] The number of peripheral blood cells,red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) between Apc^Min/+mice(n=33) with control mice Apc^+/+(n=23) and health mice were analyzed and compared. The morphological changes of blood cells were observed on the blood smear. [Results] There were significant differences between Apc^Min/+ and Apc^+/+mice on red blood cell parameters RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,MCH and MCHC respectively(all P 0.05). Among them,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCH and MCHC of Apc^+/+mice were significantly lower than those of Apc^+/+ mice;however,the mean value of MCV of Apc^Min/+ mice was higher than that of the Apc^+/+ mice. Likewise,there were significantly differences between Apc^Min/+ mice and healthy mice with regard to RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,MCH and MCHC(all P0.05). In addition,there were large erythrocytes,polychromatic erythrocytes,basophilic stippling erythrocytes and reticulocytes on the blood smears of Apc^Min/+ mice. [Conclusion] Apc^Min/+ mice exhibited decreases values of RBC,HGB,HCT,MCH,MCHC and increases the number of MCV,indicating Apc^Min/+ mice have macrocytic hypochromic anemia.
