浮法玻璃企业作为我国重要的流程型生产工业,近年来发展迅速,但是要想在竞争激烈的国际市场中立足,就必须建立健全ERP/MES/PCS集成系统。通过对浮法玻璃企业中ERP/MES/PCS集成系统的应用现状的研究,提出了适合浮法玻璃企业发展的一系列改进措施,在实现两化融合的基础上,进一步提高企业的综合管理水平和市场竞争力。
