Through the hydraulic con- trol principle analysis and consulting literature data, the viewpoints in the article should be delib- erated, foreign standards also has the problem in this aspect. It was pointed out that the reasona- ble position of the BOPs and hydraulic three-position and four-way valve is neutral during normal drilling operations. The well control safety risks exit if the control valves are located in open and close position.
