新型非核非接触密度计在固井和压裂作业中的应用

New Non-nuclear and Non-contact Density Meter in Cementing and Fracturing Application

摘要 准确的密度测量对于油田固井和压裂作业非常重要。固井水泥浆和压裂液都含有大量的颗粒物质,在高压液体的携带下,细小的颗粒具有很强的冲刷和切削力量,对接触式测量仪表的核心部件都具有很强的破坏性,甚至会损坏仪表。研制了一种新型的不用核材料的非接触测量装置,作为井口数据的终端测量装置应用于油田密度、砂比、流量的测量。介绍了该装置的结构原理及在油田现场的应用情况。 The accurate density measurements are very important for oilfield cementing and fractu- ring operations. Cementing slurries and fracturing fluids contain large amounts of particulate mat- ter, in carrying liquid under high pressure, small particles with strong erosion and cutting power to the core components of the instrument-contact measurement are highly destructive, even dam- age the meter. A new type of nuclear materials without non-contact measurement device was de- veloped,as the terminal data wellhead measuring device was used to measure the density of oil, sand ratio, and flow. The principle structure of the device and application in the field Oilfield is in- troduced in this paper.
