Research and Application of Eccentric Water Distributor for Highly-Deviated Wells

摘要 针对常规偏心配水器在大斜度井中存在的堵塞器投捞成功率低、调配难等问题,开展了配水器内导向结构优化研究。研制了一种适应大斜度井分注的偏心配水器,成功实现49.3°大斜度井分注,投捞成功率达到85%以上。现场应用22口井,平均应用井斜达到36.8°,堵塞器投捞成功率86.9%。 For conventional eccentric water distributor in highly-deviated wells, pulling and running water nozzle exist the low success rate and the deployment of difficult issues, the pulling and run- ning tool downstream mechanical analysis were started. An eccentric water distributor for highly- deviated wells was developed and successfully separate inject a well of 49.3 degree and pulling and running water nozzle success rate up to 86.9%. The new eccentric water distributor currently ap- plied in the field of 22 wells,the average inclination in application is 36.8°, pulling and running blanking plugs success rate up to 86.9%
