摘要
针对奥氏体不锈钢SA-213TP347H与铁素体耐热钢12Cr1Mo VG异种钢焊接接头在运行过程中出现的裂纹进行分析。对失效焊接接头焊接结构、微观组织、化学成分、断口形貌、显微硬度、拉伸性能等进行了分析与测试。结果表明,该异种钢焊接接头微观组织和材料化学成分均未见异常,显微硬度和拉伸性能均满足要求。焊缝背面局部余高达3.5 mm的位置形成应力集中点,机组运行过程中在交变应力的作用下,产生裂纹并泄漏。
To analyses the crack which in the welded joints of SA- 213TP347H and 12CrlMoVG dissimilar steel, the welding structure, microstructure, chemical composition, fracture surface, microhardness and tensile property of the failure welded joint were tested and studied. The results showed that there were no abnormity in chemical composition and microstrueture of the welded joints. The microhardness and tensile property of the fail- ure welded joint were acceptable. The stress concentration point was generated at the location there the excess weld metal inside the weld was up to 3.5 mm, and the crack was produced under the alternate stress brought by the boiler running.
