农村社会工作方法介入黔西北Y村社会管理创新研究

Research on Social Management Innovation Y Village in Northwest Guizhou Rural Social Work Methods to Intervene

当前,我国正处在全面转型期,社会风险加剧,传统的管理手段已经不能适应风险社会的需要,农村抵御风险的能力更是薄弱,因而研究如何创新农村社会管理具有重要的理论与现实意义。目前党和政府将农村社会管理问题视为推进我国农村发展进步的重大课题。在新形势下,农村社会转型呼唤社会管理理论与实践的创新。鉴于社会工作方法在解决社会问题上的专业性,本文将农村社会工作方法(微观和宏观)引入农村社会管理,以贵州省西北Y村为研究个案,将专业社会工作的方法与技巧充分融入基层群众工作,探讨其在农村社会管理中的积极作用。通过对介入效果的分析,我们发现在眼下社会中它是一种较有成效的风险管理方式,因此农村基层管理创新需要引进专业社会工作方法,对基层管理干部开展专业化培训,提高管理水平。

At present, China is in full transformation, social risk intensifies, the traditional risk management methods can not meet the needs of society, rural ability to resist risks is more weaker than before, so how rural social management innovation has important theoretical and practical significance. Currently The Party and the government will manage the problem of rural social development and progress of our country seen as promoting rural major issue. In the new situation, calling for social transformation in rural social management theory and practice of innovation. Given the social work methods in solving social problems on the professionalism of the rural social work methods(micro and macro) into the rural social management, to the northwest Guizhou Y Village case study intends to professional social work methods and techniques are fully integrated into the grassroots mass work, explore its active role in the management of rural society. Through the intervention effect analysis, we found that at the moment it is a society are more effective risk management, and therefore the rural grass-roots management innovation requires the introduction of professional social work methods, grassroots management cadres to carry out specialized training, improve the management level.
