建设中国特色社会工作人才队伍需要以合理地设置相应的工作岗位为基础和前提。而目前我国社会工作岗位设置仍存在一些问题:一是社会工作岗位设置不足、岗位门槛高、岗位待遇低导致人才流失大;二是社会工作岗位定位不明确、职责不清晰;三是社会工作岗位缺乏保障激励机制;四是社会工作岗位专业化程度低;五是社会工作岗位社会认同度低;六是社会工作岗位设置总体不平衡。社会工作岗位要按照需求性、类别性、层次性、专业性、灵活性和配套性原则进行设置。因此,从我国社会工作岗位设置的路径来看,一是要建立健全国家社会工作职业制度;二是要建立健全社会工作岗位保障激励机制;三是要加大公共服务和社会管理部门的社会工作岗位设置与开发;四是要鼓励和培育民办社会服务机构发展,提供更多社会工作岗位;五是要加快城市社区的社会工作岗位设置与开发;六是要加快农村地区的社会工作岗位开发。

It is a kind of basic work to reasonably arrange the career of social work to construct the team of social workers with Chinese characteristics. There are still some problems existing in the current situation. The first one cause is the insufficient social work Settings, post high threshold, low post treatment leads to talent drain. The second one is the definition and duties of it are not pretty clear. The third one is that it lacks guarantee and encouragement mechanisms. The forth one lies in the pretty low level of profession. The fifth is the comparatively low social identification on it. The last but not least may be the bumpy development of the arrangement of social work careers. The arrangement of social work post setting needs to obey the principal of need, category, gradation, specialty, flexibility and mating.Therefore, according to the routine of the arrangement in China, the first solution comes to be constructing a complete system of commenting for whole country's social work system. Then we should make a complete guarantee and encouragement mechanism. And the third one is enforcing the construction and development of public service and management department on government. The forth one is encouraging and developing non- governmental social service associations to provide more work opportunities.And the fellow is to fasten the development of the social work in city communities. The last one is to speed up the development in rural areas.
