社会工作价值观引入社区文化建设研究——以B市Y小区为例

Study of Community Cultural Construction Under the Vision of Social Work Value:For Example of Y Community in B City

在大力推行社会全面发展的进程中,社区建设提上了中国政府的工作日程,社区文化作为社区的核心内涵与精神依托成为社区建设的主要内容。社会工作坚持平等、公正、和谐、尊重的原则理念,因此,社会工作价值观对社区文化建设起到良好的推动、宣传与帮助作用。本文从引入角度和引入策略两方面分析社会工作价值观的重要性与必要性。进而对中国社区文化和社会工作价值观建设提出了建议与意见。

In the process of pushing forward the all-round development in Chinese society, community construction has been listed on the agenda of the government, the community culture as the core connotation and spirit of community become the main content of community construction. Social work adhere to the principle of equality, justice, harmony, respect. So social work values to the community culture construction plays a good promote, advertise and help. This paper mainly studies the values of social work intervention of community culture construction, from the perspective of intervention and intervention strategies from two aspects analysis the importance and necessity of social work values. At the same time, through researching the Chinese community cultural construction and the study of social work values can provide China's community construction with more valuable suggestions and opinions;promote the rapid development of community construction.
