我国高等医学教育中学生资助需求与效果探析

Study on the demand and effectiveness of financial aid to health professional students in China

本文采用29所高等院校医学生问卷调查数据,通过描述性分析方法研究了我国医学生资助制度的需求与效果现状.研究结果发现,医学生经济压力大于大学生平均水平,对资助需求大;资助制度对于医学生学习和参加课外实践活动具有激励作用;医学生对目前资助制度的满意度较低.为此建议,我国需要建立适合医学生特点的经济资助制度,并加大实施力度;调整资助方向,关注普通院校困难学生,促进资助制度公平性;更好地发挥经济资助制度在引导医学生择业中的杠杆作用,促进农村和基层医疗卫生人才严重缺乏难题的解决.

The article studied the demand and effectiveness of financial aid to health professional students in China by relying on descriptive analysis of data from a questionnaire survey in 29 higher medical education institutions.It was found that health professional students faced greater economic pressure than average and had high demand for financial aid.Furthermore,financial aid had positive effects in motivating health professional students to focus on study and participate in extracurricular activities.Nevertheless,only a minority of them were satisfied with the effectiveness of the existing financial aid system.The authors suggested that a financial aid system that addressed health professional students＆#39; demand should be improved and strengthened,more attention should be paid to students in common universities in order to promote the equity of financial aid,and the leverage role of financial aid should be better utilized in influencing health professional students＆#39; career preference for working in rural areas and primary care providers.
