新疆某医院不同民族实习学生人格特征与职业倦怠状况的初步调查

Preliminary investigation of different nationalities interns＆#39; personality characteristics and job burnout in a hospital in Xinjiang

目的 了解不同民族医学实习学生的人格特征及职业倦怠现状,探讨相关关系.方法 选取在新疆医科大学第六附属医院进行临床实习的临床医学专业和护理学专业169名学生为研究对象,采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表、马斯勒倦怠量表对其进行问卷调查.结果 人格特征的不同维度与职业倦怠有一定的相关性.维吾尔族实习学生精神质得分较高,多性格倔强、语言沟通有障碍、容易自感孤独,职业效能感低.哈萨克族实习学生多性格外向、善于与人沟通,职业效能感高.临床医学专业实习学生在医院承担的任务多,易于焦虑和职业效能感低;本科实习学生承担着更多的任务,会感到一定的压力,但其具有相对较多的医学知识,较强的操作技能,一般能够较好地适应环境,情绪耗竭感较低.结论 临床医学专业实习学生和维吾尔族实习学生的心理情绪与职业倦怠状况不容忽视,尤其需要关注维吾尔族的实习学生,给予多方面的关注,帮助实习学生不断提高沟通能力和专业技能.

Objective To study the personality characteristics and the present situation of job burnout of different nationalities interns and analysis of the correlation between the personality characteristics and job burnout.Methods Multi-stage stratified sampling method was adopted,using Eysenck personality questionnaire,Maslach burnout inventory general survey scale to survey 169 medical interns.Results Psychoticism personality test score in the Uyghur was higher,they are stubborn personality,language communication obstacles,easy to feel lonely and their career self-efficacy are low;Kazakh＆#39; s interns are outgoing personality,they are good at communication with persons,and their career self-efficacy are high.Clinical professional interns undertake a lot of tasks in the hospital.They are easy to anxiety and career self-efficacy is low.Undergraduate interns to bear the more task and feel some pressure,because of having medical knowledge and skills,they can adapt to the environment better,low mood of depletion.They are stubborn character and have a strong sense of competition.Conclusions It is necessary to pay attention to the mental emotion and job burnout status of the hospital interns and Uyghur interns,especially to give necessary psychological intervention to Uyghur interns.It is necessary to give the concern in different sided and the intervention such as encourage good communication and improve their professional skills.
