“一站式”教学模式训练学生科研能力的研究 被引量:1

The study on one-stop teaching model training students research ability

摘要 目的 改革护理学专业硕士研究生教学中“护理科研”课程教学模式,提高教学质量.方法 在“护理科研”课程教学中,对护理学专业320名硕士研究生采用“一站式”教学模式,即“一条主线”“一贯到底”“一次完成”“一支团队”的教学模式,也就是在制定目标、设立教学模式、编写教材/讲义基础上,实施创新的“一站式”教学、实训与考核方法,最终学生以上交一份科研标书形式完成课程学习任务的教学过程.结果 在320份标书中,优良率达到67.5%;不同年级学生标书质量比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;统招生与在职生标书质量比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;非常确定的激励效应分别是:提高了理解和运用所学理论知识的能力(82.8%)、激发了科研意识(82.2%)、训练了科研设计技巧(77.5%)、培养了创新品质(75.3%)、训练了文献检索能力(74.7%)、提高了人际沟通能力(65.6%)、培养了团队协调能力(56.6%);质性访谈中学生对“一站式”教学模式评价良好.结论 “一站式”教学模式为研究生提供了获取知识的科学方法和严谨的科学研究思路,不失为一种培养学生理论联系实际、激发学生创新品质的“在做中学”的新教学模式. Objective To explore the nursing scientific research in postgraduate teaching method of teaching,improve teaching quality.Methods In nursing scientific research and teaching,320 nursing master graduate student in the school USES were adopted the method of one-stop work style,namely,a common thread always one time a team teaching method.Eventually students hand in a research study task in the form of tender.Results In 320 bids,the excellent and good rate reached 67.5%.Different grade quality of tender comparison,there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05).The tender quality was compared between general enrollment students and part-time students,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The very certain incentive effects listed below:improve the ability to understand and apply the theory of knowledge (82.8%),stimulated the scientific research consciousness (82.2%),training,scientific research and design skills (77.5%),and cultivate the innovative quality (75.3 %),training the literature retrieval ability (74.7%),improve the ability of interpersonal communication (65.6%),training the team coordination (56.6%).Qualitative interview high school students to one-stop teaching evaluation is good.Conclusions One-stop approach offers graduate students get knowledge scientific methods and rigorous scientific research train of thought.It can be regarded as a new method of training students ' theory with practice,inspiring students ' innovative quality of learning by doing.
