“四归合一”临床教育教学管理模式的实施与评价

The administration and evaluation for the new model of education and teaching management：gathering four into one

现今医学院校教学医院中教育教学内容繁多,管理机构分散,管理层次重叠,教学管理对象各异,给临床教育教学的管理、协调和实施带来了诸多困难.北京大学第三医院从2002年开始进行了临床教育管理模式的改革,将所有教育教学工作全部划归教育处统一管理（简称为“四归合一”）.本文介绍和评价了该教学管理模式改革的具体情况和实施效果,为临床医学教育教学改革和管理提供了一种新的管理模式.

At present,there are too much educating and teaching contents,several overlapping educating management departments,and many different teaching and managing objects in the teaching hospital,which makes a lot of troubles for clinical teaching management and coordination.From 2002 to now,there was a new education model carried out gathering all the teaching works into the education department as ＆quot;gathering four into one＆quot; in Peking University Third Hospital.This study introduced the actual administrating condition and effects,so as to provide a new managing model for clinical teaching reform.
