摘要
现今医学院校教学医院中教育教学内容繁多,管理机构分散,管理层次重叠,教学管理对象各异,给临床教育教学的管理、协调和实施带来了诸多困难.北京大学第三医院从2002年开始进行了临床教育管理模式的改革,将所有教育教学工作全部划归教育处统一管理(简称为“四归合一”).本文介绍和评价了该教学管理模式改革的具体情况和实施效果,为临床医学教育教学改革和管理提供了一种新的管理模式.
At present,there are too much educating and teaching contents,several overlapping educating management departments,and many different teaching and managing objects in the teaching hospital,which makes a lot of troubles for clinical teaching management and coordination.From 2002 to now,there was a new education model carried out gathering all the teaching works into the education department as "gathering four into one" in Peking University Third Hospital.This study introduced the actual administrating condition and effects,so as to provide a new managing model for clinical teaching reform.
