摘要
目的 以子宫肌瘤临床路径为例探讨临床路径教学方法在妇科学实习教学中的应用效果.方法 选择在漯河市中心医院妇科实习的漯河医学高等专科学校2010级三年制临床医学专业100名学生为研究对象,随机将他们分为对照组和实验组,实验组采用临床路径教学方法教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学.教学结束后,通过对两组学生进行考核比较两种教学方法的教学效果,并采用问卷方式了解学生对教学方法的满意度.结果 临床路径教学组学生成绩优于传统教学组学生成绩,且学生对采用的教学方法满意度高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床路径教学方法提高了教学质量,建议在妇科学临床教学中应用推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of practice teaching with clinical pathway teaching method in department of gynaecology.Methods 100 cases of practical students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was taught using the conventional teaching and the experimental group was taught using the clinical pathway teaching.Results The score and satisfaction about teaching of clinical pathway teaching intern was higher than the conventional teaching group.The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions The clinical pathway teaching can improve the effect in gynaecology practice teaching and it is one useful and high effective teaching.
