Discussions on pathogenic microorganism laboratory biosafety training standardization

为了探讨病原微生物实验室生物安全的规范化培训,通过回顾2004年以来我国实验室生物安全培训工作开展情况,分析目前培训中存在的不足和问题,对比国外有关工作的经验与做法,提出制定实验室生物安全培训大纲,规范培训内容、形式与考核,理顺培训管理工作机制,是做好今后我国实验室生物安全培训工作的重点和方向.

In order to study the biosafety standard training in pathogenic microorganism laboratories,this paper reviews laboratory biosafety training work carried out since 2004 in China,analyzes the deficiencies and problems in the training,and by comparison with practices and experiences of foreign relevant units on laboratory biosafety training,puts forward the idea that the laboratory biosafety training outline,contents,forms and evaluation,as well as sets training management mechanism is the focus and direction of the future laboratory biosafety training in China.
