摘要
目的:了解南昌市东湖区初中女生青春期功血的发病概况,评价药物治疗结合心理干预的治疗效果。方法:采取随机分层整群抽样法,分别选取南昌市东湖区三所教学质量不等的学校中1200名初中女生作为研究对象,以问卷调查的形式对三所学校初一,初二和初三的女生进行月经自制调查表的调查和症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)的调查,同时患病女生随机分成两组,研究组采用药物+心理干预指导,对照组单纯给予药物治疗,探讨药物治疗结合心理干预的意义和可行性。结果:比较两组的控制出血时间、出血完全停止的时间、用药的副反应均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于青春期功血患者,应在药物治疗的同时配合心理治疗,促进青春期功血患者的早日康复。
Objective: To understand the incidence of pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in female students atjunior high schoolin East Lake District of Nanchang city, and to assessthe effects of pharmacotherapy and psychological intervention. Methods: A randomized, stratified and clustering sampling procedure was used in 1200 students atthree junior high schools inEast Lake District of Nanchang city. A questionnaire survey ofmenstrualsymptoms(self-made and Symptom Checklist 90, SCL-90)were performed for students of allthree grade. Patient with pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleedingwere divided into two groups randomly. The intervention groupwas given pharmacotherapy andpsychological intervention while the control group was givenonly drug treatment. The significance and feasibility of health education guidance were evaluated. Results: Significant differences were found in bleeding time before control,complete bleeding time and adverse drug reaction between thetwo groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Psychotherapy could be added to pharmacotherapy of pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleedingto reduce the course of the disease and promote patient safety.
