Analysis and Evaluation of Outpatient Prescriptions of Our Hospital from 2011 to 2013

目的:通过对邯郸市中心医院2011-2013年门诊处方点评,提高处方质量,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2011-2013年抽查的10800张处方点评结果进行统计、分析和总结。结果:处方合格率94.33%,平均每张处方用药品种数为1.73种,抗菌药物使用率13.85%,注射剂使用率15.77%,处方通用名使用率100%,平均每张处方金额131.56元。不合理处方比例6.4%。其中不规范处方占不合理处方比例77.45%;用药不适宜处方占不合理处方比例18.46%;超常处方占不合理处方比例4.08%。结论:通过处方点评工作,有利于提高医师的医疗水平、对促进临床合理、安全用药具有重要意义。

Objective： To improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use through reviewing the outpatient prescriptions of Handan Central Hospital from 2011 to 2013. Methods： A random sample of 10800 prescriptions in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 was extracted and statistically analyzed, and the results were summarized. Results： Qualified prescriptions accounted for 94.33% of total prescriptions were analyzed. The average number of drugs used on each prescription was 1.73. The use percentage of antibacterial drugs was 13.85% and that of injections was 15.77%. The utilization rate of generic drug names in prescriptions was 100%. The average price of each prescription was RMB 131.56 Yuan. The rate of unqualified outpatient prescriptions was 6.4%. Among those unqualified ones, irrational prescriptions accounted for 77.45%, irrational drug use prescriptions 18.46%, and over-prescriptions 4.08%. Conclusion： Through the prescription evaluation, it can help doctors improve medical care levels and it is of significance in promoting rational drug use and medication safety in the clinic.
