从《内经》阴阳本义探讨《伤寒论》六经证治体系

Exploration of Six-channel Syndrome Differentiation in Treatise on Febrile Diseases Based on the Original Meaning of Yin and Yang in Huangdi's Internal Classic

仲景的阴阳理论与《内经》一脉相承。《内经》本义:只以部位和出入言阴阳,寒热虚实是阴阳出入的结果。本文从阴阳出入的角度解读六经证治体系,认为《伤寒论》三阴三阳是阴阳出入的六种病理状态。运用这一理论,可以更好地指导六经辨证的临床应用。

The Yin and Yang theory of ZHANG Zhongjing can be traced to the same origin with Huangdi’s Internal Classic. In Huangdi’s Internal Classic,Yin and Yang is originally discussed from position and out-ward-inward activities. All coldness,heat,deficiency and sufficiency are results of those activities of Yin and Yang. The article tries to interpret the system of six-channel syndrome differentiation from the point of out-ward-inward activities of Yin and Yang. Three-Yin and three-Yang in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are six pathological conditions of outward-inward activities of Yin and Yang. And this theory is expected to improve clinical application of six-channel syndrome differentiation.
