针灸治疗三叉神经痛取穴规律文献分析

Literature Analysis of the Rules of Points Selection and Compatibility in Treating Trigeminal Neuralgia by Acupuncture

目的:运用中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.0版本),挖掘和分析针灸治疗三叉神经痛的选穴配伍规律,并获得新的处方,为临床治疗该病提供参考。方法:收集并筛选万方、维普数据库中所有治疗三叉神经痛的穴位处方,并逐一录入中医传承辅助系统,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,分析针灸治疗三叉神经痛的选穴配伍规律。结果:共筛选出78个治疗三叉神经痛的穴位处方,确定了处方中穴位出现的频次、常用穴位组合的关联规则,并获得5个新穴位处方。结论:中医传承辅助系统是一种挖掘和分析针灸选穴配伍规律的重要辅助工具,该系统新生成的穴位处方为临床治疗三叉神经痛提供了参考。

Objective：Using TCM inheritance system to analyze the rules of points selection and compatibili-ty in treating trigeminal neuralgia by acupuncture and find new formula ,so as to provide reference for clin-ical treatment of this disease. Methods：All the points formulas for treating trigeminal neuralgia in Wanfang and Vip database were collected and put into the TCM inheritance system. The rules of points selection and compatibility were analyzed by the data mining method of the software. Result：78 points formulas for treating trigeminal neuralgia were selected. The occurrence frequency of points in the formulas and the as-sociation rules of commonly used points were determined. 5 new points formulas were found. Conclusion：The TCM inheritance system is an important assistant for mining and analyzing rules of points selection and compatibility in acupuncture. The new points formulas generated by this system provide some references for clinical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
