益肾缓哮颗粒治疗缓解期支气管哮喘疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Yishen Huanxiao Granule on Treating Bronchial Asthma in Catabatic Period

目的:探讨益肾缓哮颗粒治疗缓解期支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的120例患者随机分成治疗组、对照组各60例。对照组给予丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂,治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予益肾缓哮颗粒常规口服。临床治疗6个月后观察疗效及患者肺功能、诱导痰嗜酸性细胞(EOS)直接计数等的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)明显改善,与对照组治疗后比较有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后诱导痰嗜酸性细胞(EOS)直接计数显著下降,与对照组比较有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);总有效率治疗组90.24%,对照组73.17%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益肾缓哮颗粒能改善肺功能,减轻气道慢性非特异性炎症,对治疗支气管哮喘缓解期有明显疗效。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Yishen Huanxiao granule on patients with bronchial asthma in catabatic period. Methods：120 patients who met the diagnosis standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had 60 patients. Patients in the control group were given beclomethasone aerosol. Patients in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine Yishen Huanxiao granule（a formula made by our hospital）. 6 months after the treatment,the curative effect,lung function and EOS changes of the patients were observed. Result：After treatment,the FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% pred of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved ,which was significantly different from that of the control group（P＜0.01）. The ESO of the treatment group decreased obviously,which was significantly different from that of the control group（P＜0.01） as well. The total effective rate of the treat-ment group was 90.24%,control group 73.17%. The difference was statistically significant （P＜0.01）. Conclu-sion：Yishen Huanxiao granule can improve lung function and relieve chronic nonspecific inflammation. It has an obvious curative effect on bronchial asthma of catabatic period.
