汽车零部件企业信息化建设的实现—以綦江齿轮传动有限公司为例

摘要 綦齿传动是我国重型变速器生产的重要骨干企业,公司信息化建设始于20世纪80年代,公司各部门均运用信息化系统支撑工作的开展,信息化建设已经成为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。笔者在綦齿传动公司工作近20年,亲身参与并组织了公司绝大多数信息化项目建设,其中也走过很多弯路,也有很多成功的案例。笔者愿意把这些经验和教训总结出来,希望对各企业,特别是汽车零部件行业的信息化建设有一定的借鉴作用,少走弯路、降低成本、提高信息化系统的实施效率。 Qijiang Gear Transmission Co.,Ltd(QJGT for short) is one of the important backbone enterprises in China's heavy-duty gearbox production.Enterprise informatization construction began in the 1980 s.All departments are using informatization system to support work,and the informatization construction has become an important part of enterprise's core competitiveness.The author has been worked in QJGT for nearly 20 years,participated in and organized majority project of the informatization construction,has taken lots of detours and also has a lot of successful cases.The author would like to summary and conclude these experiences and lessons,which has a certain reference value in informatization construction.And hope to various enterprises,especially to the auto parts industry,avoid detours,reduce cost,and improve the efficiency of the implementation in the informatization system.
