摘要
目的了解黑龙江省大学生应急准备现状,分析其影响因素,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法运用一般描述性分析、χ2检验与多因素logistic回归分析对黑龙江省7所大学多阶段随机抽取的1 806名学生的应急准备现状进行了分析。结果常用类及一般家用类应急物品准备较好,专用类物品准备较差;其中,男性、16~19岁组、居住地为城市、农科类院校学生、低年级学生、接受过应急训练的大学生其应急物品准备情况较好(χ2=8.643、15.864、8.178、19.303、16.426、16.624,P均〈0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,大学生应急物品准备的影响因素为性别(OR=0.714)、学校类别(OR=1.075)、应急训练(OR=1.424)、应急准备行为倾向(OR=2.238)、知识与技能(OR=1.055)。结论大学生的应急物品准备情况有待提高,年龄、学校类别、应急准备行为倾向、应急知识与技能及是否有过应急训练与应急准备水平相关,需要加强对大学生的应急教育、培训、演练。
Objective To discuss the preparedness for emergency use items among college students and analyze the influencing factors,to provide evidence for making effective intervention strategies. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1806 students randomly selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method from 7colleges in Heilongjiang and data were analyzed using general descriptive analysis,chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Common used items were well prepared,while special items were poorly prepared by college students.Students who were male,ages of 16-19 years,from urban areas,in agricultural colleges,freshmen,having received emergency training were found to be much better in preparing for emergency use items(χ2=8.643,15.864,8.178,19.303,16.426,16.624,P〈0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors for emergency use items preparation were gender(OR=0.714),school type(OR=0.714),emergency training(OR=1.424),behavioral tendency for emergency preparedness(OR=2.238)as well as knowledge and skill(OR=2.238). Conclusions College student′s capabilities for emergency preparedness should be further improved.Emergency training,education and practice need to be strengthened in the future.
