摘要
空间弯扭构件的制作难点是零件成型质量与效率,空间定位精度的保证措施。主要制作工艺有:坐标转换、胎架制作、零件成型、焊接,包含样线架创新,计算机辅助等工艺。样线架创新工艺与计算机辅助工艺使得零件成型精度与成型效率大幅提高。滚压结合成型技术使钢构件有较好的外观效果。工艺研究成果可用于截面为箱形、菱形、三角形等多边形的空间弯扭钢结构件制作。
The difficulties of spacial tortile steel structure member manufacture are the quality and efficiency of parts forming and the assurance measures for spacial location accuracy.The main technologies mvolves coordinates conversion,moulding bed manufacture parts forming,welding technology and the mould frame for shaping accuracy checking and the computer assist.The application of core technologies can enhance significantly the quality and efficiency of parts forming.The combination of rolling and pressing is a better forming method to ensure an excellent appearance.The results can be used to the manufacture of spacial tortile steel structure member with cross section of box,diamond,triangle and other polygons.
