摘要
索鞍是悬索桥主缆系的重要受力构件,索鞍主要分为主索鞍和散索鞍两种。结合南京四桥索鞍制作过程和交通部行业标准JT/T 903-2014《悬索桥索鞍索夹》,讨论特大悬索桥索鞍结构特点,探讨其制作加工的主要技术及工艺重、难点问题,以及这些问题的处理经验,介绍索鞍行业标准应该重视的一些条款的具体内容。
The saddle is the key loaded member in main cable system of suspension bridge,and cable saddle are composed of main cable saddle and splay saddle.Combined with the manufacturing process of saddles for Nanjing Fourth Youngzi River Bridge and the Ministry of communications industry standard Suspension Bridge Cable Saddle and Cable Clamp(JT/T 903-2014),the characteristics of supper large suspension bridge cable saddle structure was discussed as well as the main difficulties of manufacturing process and the experience in dealing with these problems was also presented.Finally to introduce cable saddle industrial standards for cable saddle in detail.
