摘要
为了提高工程实训课程的工程应用能力与技术水平,积极探索电工实习在培养学生工程素养与创新能力的工程教育作用,开发构建基于工业控制现场和电工技术理论,符合行业标准和工业实际应用的电工高性能综合实训平台。设计了基于PLC与人机界面(HMI)的变频器应用实训系统,系统包含计算机及组态软件、PLC、变频器、接触器、传感器等典型的工业控制系统配置。教学应用表明系统将教学环节与工程实际紧密结合,教学效果明显,达到预期效果。
In order to improve the training course of engineering application ability and technical level, actively explore the electrician practice in training students' engineering quality and innovation ability of engineering education, development to build based on the theory of industrial control field and electrotechnics, conform to industry standards and industrial application of high performance integrated training platform. Designed based on PLC and frequency converter application of human-machine interface (HMI) training system, the system includes the computer and configuration software, PLC, frequency converter, contactor, sensors and other typical industrial control system configuration. Teaching applications show that system will be closely integrated with the engineering practice teaching links, teaching effect is obvious, to achieve the desired effect.
