摘要
标准综合体是综合标准化的核心概念。开展综合标准化最重要的是研制和实施标准综合体。本文通过考察综合标准化全过程,分析标准综合体及其构成的特征和性质,指出了标准综合体形成过程必须注意的一些问题。
The standard complex is a core concept of the comprehensive standardization. To carry out comprehensive standardization, one of the most important task is to develop a standard complex. This paper elaborates the process of comprehensive standardization, analyzes the features and properties of the standard complex and points out the problems to be noticed when a project of comprehensive standardization forms.
