轮式装备航空运输中限动载荷要求对轮胎的影响分析

Influences Analysis of Restricted Load on Tyres During Voiture Aeronautical Transportation

为了明确轮式装备在航空运输中限动载荷要求对轮胎影响程度,根据航空限动载荷要求,分析了轮式装备在航空运输中受到限动载荷的状态,建立了轮胎受载模型,计算分析了限动要求载荷对轮胎的影响程度,拟合出限动载荷要求在不同轮胎压强下对轮胎的影响曲线。根据影响曲线可采取合适的轮胎压强对轮式装备进行航空运输,防止在航空运输中损伤轮式装备和飞机结构,为轮式装备在航空运输中运输安全提供了参考。

In order to clarify limit load requirements of the degree of inlfuence on the tyre in the air transport of the wheeled equipment, according to the aviation limit load requirements, analyzed the wheeled equipment limited load state in the air transport and established the tire load model in this paper, and the limited dynamic load effect was analyzed under different tyre pressure by example, it ift the limit load requirements on the tire curve in different tire pressure.According to the curve, suitable tyre pressure should be taken in wheeled equipments transportaction, prventing wheeled equipments and aircraft structure injury. Provides reference for the safety of wheeled equipments air transporation.
