摘要
利用ASPEX夹杂物分析仪分别对转炉与电炉冶炼环件进行了夹杂物定量分析,从夹杂物数量、种类和尺寸等方面对两种冶炼方式下的夹杂物情况进行了对比分析,结果表明,环件用钢的夹杂物主要有MnS类、氧化物+TiN类以及MnS+氧化物类三种,且氧硫复合型夹杂物占绝大多数,转炉钢中的硫化物比例较高,而电炉钢中的氮氧化物类夹杂物比例较高;电炉钢环件中的大尺寸夹杂物数量明显少于转炉钢环件,但是电炉钢环件中氮氧化物这类脆性夹杂物所占大尺寸夹杂物比例显著升高。
Quantitative analysis of inclusions in ring steel products smelted in both converter and EAF was per- formed respectively using ASPEX. Inclusions in steels by the two smelting methods were compared and discussed from the aspects of quantity, category and size. The study results showed that inclusions in ring steel products are mainly MnSo oxide+TiN and MnS+oxide, with most of them belonging to MnS+oxide type. Converter steel has more sulfide inclusions while EAF steel has more nitrogen oxide inclusions. The quantity of big size inclusions in EAF ring products is obviously lower then that of converter products, but the percentage of brittle inclusions of nitrogen oxide type in big size inclusions in EAF ring products is significantly higher.
