摘要
桥式起重机啃轨降低起重机的使用效率和使用寿命。针对桥式起重机的啃轨,采用了多种科学的测量手段。通过对测量数据的处理和研究,分析出起重机械啃轨的主要原因,采用合适的处理方法,消除起重机啃轨现象,确保起重机安全运行和使用效率。
Skew traveling affects the operation efficiency and service life of an overhead crane. A variety of sci- entific measurement tools were used to obtain data of the phenomenon. Through processing and studying of the meas- ured data, the main causes of skew traveling of overhead crane were analyzed. Appropriate treatment methods were adopted to eliminate the problem, ensuring safe operation and service efficiency of the crane.
