Analysis and Rectification of Oil Leakage in the Bearing Seat of Support Roll of 1 550mm Cold Rolling Mill at Anyang Steel

针对安钢1 550mm冷轧机组支撑辊轴承座漏油事故频发,修复设备及油耗成本较高,结合生产情况对支撑辊轴承座漏油故障进行分析,找出原因并提出改进措施,通过改进取得了良好的效益,解决了支撑辊轴承座漏油问题。

Oil leakage often happened in the support roll bearing seat of the 1550 cold rolling mill at Anyang Steel. The leakage accidents of the support roll bearing seat were analyzed in light of actual production condition. Causes of the problems were found out and improvement measures were put forward. Good results have been achieved and the oil leakage problem has been solved after implementation of the measures.
