摘要
利用铋膜修饰FTO导电玻璃电极,通过阳极溶出伏安法测定溶液中痕量铅离子,考察并优化测定铅离子的工艺参数。在0.1mol/L HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH=5.0)中,沉积电位在-1.0V搅拌富集360s,铅离子在铋膜修饰FTO导电玻璃电极上可得到最高溶出电流。铅离子标准曲线线性范围为50~250μg/L,最低检出限为2.35μg/L。铋膜修饰FTO导电玻璃电极可对铅离子进行检测,而且检测结果良好。
Modification of FTO glass electrode with bismuth was carried out to detect trace lead ion(Pb2+)in aqueous solution by the anodic stripping voltammetry.When electrochemical accumulation step was fixed at-1.0Vin 0.1mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH =5.0)for 360 s,the highest stripping current of Pb2+can be obtained.The stripping currents increased linearly with increase of Pb2+concentrations in the range 50-250μg/L.The limit of detection(LOD)of Pb2+was 2.35μg/L.The results suggested that Pb2+in aqueous solution could be detected by bismuth modified FTO glass electrode.
