摘要
以三聚氯氰和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为原料,通过直接反应,制得了新型含有三嗪环的非离子表面活性剂。最适合成工艺条件为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与三聚氯氰摩尔比1∶1.2,无溶剂,反应温度35℃,反应时间7.3h,在此条件下氯转化率为33.33%。红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产品结构表征结果表明,所得产物含有三嗪环和聚氧乙烯醚链段。产物具有非离子表面活性剂浊点特性,浊点为46.0℃。
Non-ionic surfactant with triazine structure were produced by direct reaction using cyanuric chloride with AEO-9.The rate of chloride conversion was 33.33% when the reaction was did at optimum condition as follow:n(AEO-9)∶n(C3N3Cl3)= 1∶1.2,no solvent,35 ℃,7.3h.The results showed that the products have triazine ring and polyoxyethylene ether chain.The products had the characteristics of nonionic surfactant cloud point and its cloud point was 46.0 ℃.
