摘要
利用流体力学分析软件FLUENT对回转件电化学加工悬浮阴极条件下的流场进行三维数值仿真。研究了悬浮阴极的流场及承载特性,以常见的几种出口形式为例,探讨流速变化对电解液流场特性及承载能力的影响规律。模拟结果表明,圆形和十字形出口形式条件下电解液的流动性好,间隙流场中液膜的承载能力强且分布均衡;流速增大时,液膜承载能力增强,更有利于形成稳定间隙。
Three dimensional numerical simulation on the flow field was carried out under the condition of the suspended cathode adopted in the rotary parts’ electrochemical machining by FLUENT.Taking several common fluid outlet forms as example,the effect of flow velocity on the flow field characteristic and the bearing ability was studied.The simulation results show that the bearing capacity of the suspended cathode is strong and the distribution of the electrolyte pressure is balanced with the circular and crossing outlet form.The bearing capacity will increases with the increase of the electrolyte velocity,which is helpful to form the stable gap.
