60例子宫内膜癌患者术前MRI检查的回顾性分析及与病理结果的对照研究

60 example intrauterine membrane cancer patients with preoperative MRI and control study and pathological results were retrospectively analyzed

目的回顾性分析比较子宫内膜癌患者术前MRI检查与病理结果的对照,探究MRI对子宫内膜癌患者的临床诊断价值。方法从2010年1月-2014年1月我院确诊的子宫内膜癌患者中随机选取60例作为研究对象。对患者进行MRI检查作为观察组,对患者进行病理诊断作为对照组,比较两组的诊断结果。结果经检测后,观察组子宫内膜癌患者子宫腔肿大诊断率(70.00%)及子宫内膜变厚诊断率(80.00%),显著高于对照组的(51.67%)及(58.33%)。观察组宫旁受侵(26.67%)、膀胱受侵(41.67%)及子宫肌层受侵(31.67%)检出率显著高于对照组的(11.67%)、(23.33%)、(15.00%)。观察组的阳性检出率(75.00%)、敏感度(86.67%)及准确性(91.67%),显著高于对照组的(53.33%)、(68.33%)及(71.67%)。差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前对子宫内膜癌患者采取MRI检查,能显著提高准确性,术前诊断具有实用价值,安全性较高,值得推广使用。

【Objective】Comparison of endometrial carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed the preoperative MRI and pathology results, to explore the clinical value of MRI in patients with endometrial carcinoma.【Methods】In 2010-2014 the author on the hospital diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma in patients with 60 cases were randomly selected as the research object. MRI was performed as the observation group, pathologic diagnosis to patients as control group. Compare two groups of diagnosis.【Results】After test, observation group of patients with endometrial cancer diagnostic uterine cavity enlargement（70.00%） and endometrial thickening diagnostic rate（80.00%） is significantly higher than the control group（51.67%） and（58.33%）. Observation group near the palace（26.67%） had invasion had invasion, bladder（41.67%）, and myometrium invasion detection（31.67%） was significantly higher than that of control group（11.67%）,（23.33%）,（15.00%）. The positive detection rate of observation group（75.00%）, sensitivity（86.67%） and accuracy（91.67%） is significantly higher than control group（53.33%）,（68.33%） and（71.67%）. Are statistically significant differences（all P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Preoperative take MRI in patients with endometrial cancer, can significantly increased the positive detection rate and accuracy, preoperative diagnosis is of great significance in patients with endometrial carcinoma. Security is higher, used to be promoted.
