泮托拉唑防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病消化道出血的疗效分析

Analysis of pantoprazole for prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and digestive tract bleeding on pulmonary heart disease

目的分析与研究泮托拉唑防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病消化道出血的临床治疗效果。方法对我院2012年3月-2014年3月期间收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将90例患者划分为研究组与对照组,两组各45例;对照组患者行常规治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗的基础上,行泮托拉唑治疗。对比研究组患者与对照组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者采用泮托拉唑进行治疗之后,无1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病出现消化道出血,仅有少数患者出现腹痛、腹胀、反酸等状况;研究组患者在腹痛、腹胀、消化道出血死亡、反酸等多个方面明显优于对照组患者,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用泮托拉唑防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病并肺心病消化道出血,具有显著的临床治疗效果,能够在很大程度上降低由于消化道出血造成的死亡率以及出血并发症率,值得在临床治疗中推广使用。

【Objective】Analysis and study of panxi tora azole prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cor pulmonale clinical therapeutic effects of gastrointestinal bleeding. 【Methods】We retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 90 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pneumocardial alimentary tract hemorrhage during March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital. Ninety patients were divided into research group and control group, 45 cases respectively. Patients in the control group were treated conventional treatment, and the research group was added pantoprazole treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. Clinical therapeutic effects were contrasted between the two groups. 【Results】After treated by pantoprazole in research group, none case of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pneumocardial disease appeared alimentary tract hemorrhage, only a few patients appeared symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distension, sour regurgitation etc. The esearch group was much better than control group in mortality with the symptoms, the difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】It＇s significant clinical effect in using pantoprazole to prevent and treat alimentary tract hemorrhage in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary heart disease, and largely reduce the risk of death due to alimentary tract hemorrhage and Gastrointestinal bleeding rate of concurrent, and worth popularizing in clinical use.
