心肌标志物检测对急性心肌梗死的快速诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)快速诊断中心肌标志物的应用价值。方法选取AMI患者86例,分别于发病后不同时间检测肌红蛋白(Mb)、肌钙蛋白I(Tn-I)与肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),同时与同期体检健康人40例相应指标进行对比。结果 AMI患者各时段Mb、Tn-I与CK-MB均显著高于对照组,1-6 h AMI组Mb、Tn-I敏感度显著低于6-12 h与12-24 h(P〈0.05),CK-MB各时段敏感度无显著差异,各指标各时段特异度间无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论在心肌标志物中,肌红蛋白在AMI检测中敏感性最强,可作为该疾病快速诊断的重要指标,但在具体应用时还需对肌酸激酶同工酶与肌钙蛋白I进行联合检测。
