高效沸腾传热强化表面的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道了肋形隧道机械加工表面多孔管(JK—2管)单管管外池沸腾实验。实验工质为R—113和R—11。实验结果表明:对R1131质,JK—2管沸腾给热系数比光滑管高2.5~15倍,临界热负荷高约100%;对工质R—11,JK—2管的沸腾给热系数比光滑管高1~10倍;与机械加工表面多孔管(JK—1管)相比,在工质R—11和R—113中,沸腾给热系数高20%~150%。并建立了一个预报值与实验值误差在±15%以内的准数关联式。 The present paper reports pool boiling experiments of the mech- anically made porous surface tubes with ribbed tunnels(JK-2 tube). R-113 and R-11 were used as the working fluid.Experimental res- ults show that the boiling film heat transfer coefficient of JK-2 tubes is 3.5-16 times larger than that of a smooth tube for R-113 pool boiling,and is 2-11 times over a smooth tube for R-11 pool boiling.Their critical heat flux in R-113 is twice as much as a smooth tube.Compared with JK-1 tubes(Thermoexcel-E tubes), the boiling film heat transfer coefficient of JK-2 tubes increases by 20%-150%.Based on the experimetal observation and analysis of boiling phenomena,the heat transfer mechanism is studied prim- arily,and a correltion is proposed which can predict the pool boi- ling film heat transfer coefficient JK-2 tubes with a relative error of +15%.
