紫芝的化学成分研究进展

Studies on Chemical Constituents of Ganoderma sinense

通过查阅、整理和分析国内外文献对紫芝的化学成分进行了综述。研究表明从紫芝中已经发现18个多糖类化合物、39个三萜类化合物、14个甾体类化合物、9种生物碱及苷类、80余种脂肪族类化合物、1个芳香族类化合物、3个杂环族化合物、1个环肽类化合物及多种酶类等蛋白质成分。本文为进一步研究紫芝提供了化学成分方面的基础资料。

In the paper, the chemical composition of Ganoderma sinense was summarized by search- ing, sorting and analysising the literature at home and abroad.According to the literature, 18 poly- saccharide compounds, 39 triterpenes, 14 steroids, 9 kinds of alkaloids and glycosides, more than 80 kinds aliphatic compounds, 1 aromatic compounds, 3 heterocyclic compounds, 1 cyclopeptides and a variety of enzymes and other proteins components already had been found from G.sinense.The paper provided the basic data of chemical constituents for the further studies on G.sinense.
