摘要
为提高榛蘑人工栽培中出菇的稳定性,对蜜环菌菌索的生物学特性进行了研究,通过在不同生长时间、环境温度、培养基质的条件下对蜜环菌菌索进行培养.试验发现,菌索会由具有活性的黄色菌索逐渐角质化变成黑色丝状菌索,为保持蜜环菌菌索的活性状态,最佳培养条件:培养时间应控制在15~23 d,最佳培养温度为恒温25℃,最佳培养基配方为PDA+麦麸+锯末.
To improve the stability of fruiting in artificial cultivated Hazel mushroom, the biological characteristics of Armillaria cord were studied by the cultivation of Armillaria at different growth time,temperature and medium. It was found that bacterial strains gradually changed from active yellow rope cable into horny black filamentous bacteria Faso.In order to maintain the active status of Armillaria cable, the optimal culture conditions include the following:the incubation time controlled at 15-23 d, the culture temperature constant at 2522 and the medium containing PDA, wheat bran and sawdust.
