子宫内膜癌中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1表达及其与巨噬细胞浸润的关系 被引量:10

Correlation between expression of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 and macrophage infiltration in patients with endometrial carcinoma

摘要 目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)蛋白表达及CD68标识巨噬细胞浸润。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测52例子宫内膜癌、16例子宫内膜不典型增生、19例增生期子宫内膜中MCP-1蛋白表达、CD68标识巨噬细胞浸润,及子宫内膜癌中两者与临床病理特征的关系及二者的相关性。结果子宫内膜癌组织中MCP-1蛋白表达、CD68标识巨噬细胞浸润明显高于子宫内膜不典型增生、增生期子宫内膜(P<0.05),二者的表达与组织学分级、肌层浸润深度有关(P<0.05),且二者的表达呈正显著相关(r=0.913,P<0.05)。结论 MCP-1蛋白、CD68标识巨噬细胞参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程。 Objective To detect the expression of monocyte chemotactic protein -1 ( MCP-1 ) and macrophage infiltration in patients with endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect endometrial carcinoma in 52 patients, endometrial atypical hyperplasia in 16 patients and expression of MCP-1 and macrophage marked CD6s infiltration in 19 patients. The cor- relation between expression of MCP-1, CD68 macrophage infiltration and clinical pathological character- istics in endometrial carcinoma were analyzed. Results The expressions of MCP-1 and macrophage marked CD68 infiltration were higher in the endometrial carcinoma than those in the endometrial atypi- cal hyperplasia and proliferative endometrium (P 〈 0.05 ). The expressions of the MCP-1 and macro- phage marked CD68 infiltration were related with histological grade and degree of myometrial invasion ( P 〈 0. 0 5 ) , and the expressions of the two proteins were positively correlated ( r = 0. 9 1 3 , P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The protein of MCP-1 and macrophage marked CD68 participate in the develop- ment of endometrial carcinoma.
