延续护理干预对直肠癌根治术并行结肠造口术患者的影响研究

Effect research of continuing nursing intervention on colostomy patients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma

目的研究延续护理干预对直肠癌根治术并行结肠造口术患者的影响。方法选取136例直肠癌根治术并行结肠造口术患者随机分成2组,其中对照组和研究组各68例,2组患者出院时均按常规给予出院指导,研究组在出院后给予延续护理干预6个月,干预后分析比较2组患者的相关临床资料。结果延续护理干预后,研究组患者的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、躯体化及敌对评分较对照组显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者结肠造口的自我护理能力及生活质量总分差异均具有统计学意义,且研究组较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05);2组比较,研究组造口并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于采用直肠癌根治术并行结肠造口术的患者,延续护理干预对其预后具有积极的临床意义,可显著提高患者的生活质量,同时降低相关并发症的发生率,并大大提高患者对医护人员的满意度。

Objective To study the influence of continuing nursing intervention on the pa- tients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma and colostomy. Methods One hundrend and thirty six patients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma and colostomy were randomly divided into two groups with 68 patients in each group. The patients in two groups were given conventional dis- charge guidance. In study group, patients were given continuing nursing intervention for six months after discharge. Relevant clinical data were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results Depression, fear, anxiety, somatization and hostility scores of patients who re- ceived the continuing nursing intervention improved greater than that in the control group, which revealed that the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05） ; Score of self-care ability and quality of life in the study group were higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The continuing nursing intervention has positive clinical significance on the prognosis of colostomy patients with the radical resection of rectal carcinoma, it not only improves the quality of patient＇s life, but also greatly reduces the complications rate.
