摘要
目的探讨腹式呼吸训练法与吹气球呼吸训练法在预防食管癌术后肺部并发症中的作用。方法将124例行食管癌切除术的患者随机分为观察组及对照组,分别在围术期使用吹气球呼吸训练和腹式呼吸训练法,比较2组术后肺部并发症的发生率。结果应用吹气球呼吸训练法术后肺部并发症发生率(8.2%)显著低于对照组(25.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者围术期应用吹气球呼吸训练能明显降低肺部并发症发生率。
Objective To explore different breathing training methods in preventing from postoperative pulmonary complications of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 124 patients underwent resection of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group and were given perioperative balloon breathing training and abdominal breathing method respectively. Meanwhile, the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications was com- pared in the two groups. Results Postoperative pulmonary complication rate (8.2 % ) with balloon breathing training was significantly lower than that of the control group (25.4 % ) and the result revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Balloon breathing training in patients with esophageal cancer in perioperation can significantly reduce lung complica- tions.
