前列腺增生症合并脑血管意外后遗症患者尿流动力学检查及其意义

Significance of urodynamics detection in benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with sequelae of cerebral vascular accident

目的探讨良性前列腺增生症合并脑血管意外后遗症患者尿流动力学特点及其临床意义。方法比较良性前列腺增生症合并脑血管意外后遗症患者100例(研究组)和单纯良性前列腺增生症患者100例(对照组)的尿流动力学检查结果。结果 2组低顺应性膀胱发生率、不稳定膀胱发生率、逼尿肌功能受损发生率、初始尿意容量(FDV)、最大膀胱容量(MCC)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力(Pdetat Qmay)、剩余尿量(PVR)等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血管意外后遗症加重了良性前列腺增生症患者的膀胱功能障碍。

Objective To explore the significance of urodynamics detection in benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH） patients with sequelae of cerebral vascular accident. Methods Results of urodynamics detection were compared between 100 BPH patients with sequelae of cerebral vascular accident（ research group） and 100 patients with simple BPH（ control group）. Results There were significant differences in the incidence rate of low compliance bladder,incidence rate of detrusor instability of the bladder,incidence rate of damaged detrusor function,FDV,MCC,Qmax,Pdet at Qmax and PVR between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sequelae of cerebral vascular accident can increase the bladder dysfunction of patients with BPH.
