麦默通微创旋切术在诊治触诊阴性乳腺病灶中的应用

Application of Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in diagnosis and treatment of patietns with nonpalpable breast lesions

目的探讨在超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术对触诊阴性乳腺病灶的诊治价值。方法在超声引导下应用麦默通微创旋切术对155例230个触诊阴性乳腺病灶进行切除,切除组织送病理检查。结果所有病灶均在超声监测下完全切除,其中浸润性导管癌4例,导管内癌2例,导管上皮不典型增生5例,导管内乳头状瘤9例,纤维腺瘤122例,乳腺腺病13例。随访6个月均无病灶复发。结论应用麦默通微创旋切术对触诊阴性的乳腺病灶进行切除安全、准确,对恶性病灶能及时明确诊断。

Objective To investigate the value of Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in the diagnosis and treatment of nonpalpable breast lesions. Methods A total of 230 nonpalpable breast lesions in 155 patients were resected by Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system under ultrasonic guidance. The resected specimens were sent for pathologic examination. Results All of the lesions were resected completely under ultrasonic guidance. In the postoperative pathological diagnosis,4 cases were infiltrating duct carcinoma,2 cases were intraductal carcinoma,5 cases were atypical hyperplasia,9 cases were intraductal papilloma,122 cases were mammary fibroadenoma,and 13 cases were adenosis of breast. Allthe patients were followed up for half a year,and no recurrence was observed. Conclusion It is safe and accurate to resect nonpalpable breast lesions by Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system,which can timely and definitely indicate the diagnosis for malignant breast lesions.
