介入专科护理在急性冠状动脉内支架置入术中的应用效果

Application effect of specialized nursing in coronary artery stent implantation

目的探讨介入专科护理在急性冠状动脉内支架置入术中的应用效果。方法对73例在本院行冠状动脉内支架置入术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对其专科护理效果进行评价。结果通过精心专科护理,73例患者共置入143个支架,全部置入成功,成功率为100%。心电图ST段在术后均有不同程度的降低,一段时间后均恢复正常。经过6个月随访,患者均未突发心脏疾病,且均未出现严重并发症。结论在高风险、高难度的支架置入术中,介入专科护理能够提高置入术的成功率,并且预防和减少并发症的发生,促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To explore effect of specialized nursing in coronary artery stent implantation. Methods Clinical data of 73 coronary artery stent implantation patients was retrospectively analyzed,and specialized nursing effects were evaluated. Results After careful nursing,a total of143 stenting were implanted in 73 patients,and the success rate was 100%. ST segment of electrocardiogram deceased in varying degrees after operation and returned to normal after a period of time. After six months follow- up,neither cardiac events nor serious complications occurred. Conclusion Specialized nursing can improve the success rate of surgery,prevent and reduce complications and promote early recovery of patients.
