临床护理路径模式减少白血病骨髓抑制期患者并发症的应用研究

Application research of clinical nursing pathway in reducing complications in leukemia patients in bone marrow suppression period

目的探讨临床护理路径模式在减少白血病骨髓抑制期患者并发症中的效果,旨在改善患者预后。方法选取行化疗治疗的白血病患者80例随机分为2组,对照组38例给予常规护理,观察组42例按照临床路径模式进行护理。结果观察组出血率和感染率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患者均有不同程度的头晕乏力症状,但观察组患者症状显著轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前2组患者SAS、SDS得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组SAS、SDS得分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径模式可以有效降低白血病骨髓抑制期患者并发症的发生率,并能改善患者不良情绪,符合现代医学模式的发展要求,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing pathway in reducing complications in leukemia patients in bone marrow suppression period. Methods A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 38 cases received routine nursing while the observation group with 42 cases was given clinical nursing pathway. Results Bleeding and infection rates in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. All the patients had symptoms of dizziness and fatigue in varying degrees,and the symptoms in the observation group were significantly lighter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Before intervention,SAS and SDS scores of two groups showed no significant difference（ P〉 0. 05）. After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of leukemia patients in bone marrow suppression period and improve adverse reactions. So it is in accordance with the development of modern medicine and is of great clinical significance.
