针对性护理干预在胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果及其对患者短期生活质量的影响评价

Application effect of targeted nursing intervention in gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy and its impact on short- term quality of life of patients

目的探讨针对性护理干预在胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果及其对患者短期生活质量的影响。方法将100例胃癌患者按照抽签法随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,比较2组疗效、治疗前后免疫功能、5年生存率、营养不良状况及短期生活质量。结果对照组临床总有效率为54.00%,显著低于观察组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组护理干预后与其干预前免疫功能指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组护理后与对照组护理后相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组5年生存率显著低于观察组(P<0.01);2组护理干预后营养不良状况相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36量表生活质量总得分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对性护理干预应用于胃癌化疗患者中,疗效显著,生活质量明显提高,值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Objective To explore application of targeted nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy and its impact on the short- term quality of life of patients. Methods A total of 100 gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to draw method. The control group was given conventional nursing while the observation group was given targeted nursing. Curative effect,immune function before and after the treatment,the 5-year survival rate,malnutrition status and the short- term quality of life were compared in two groups.Results Clinical total effective rate in the control group was 54. 00%,which was significantly lower than that in the observation group（ 78. 00%）,it showed statistically significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 01）. The differences in immune function indicators before and after nursing intervention between two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 0 1）,and the differences after nursing in two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The 5- year survival rate in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group（ P〈0. 01）. The differences in malnutrition condition after nursing intervention were statistical significant（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of SF- 36 scale in the observation group was remarkably higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The curative effect of targeted nursing intervention in gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy is significant and it could obviously improve the quality of life,so it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
