卵巢癌化疗患者的健康教育与护理干预 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨对卵巢癌化疗患者实施健康教育与护理干预的临床效果。方法将48例接受化疗的卵巢癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组各24例,对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育与护理干预,比较2组患者化疗期间胃肠道反应情况,应用BFIC癌因性疲乏量表、PACT-G、EORTC QLQ-C30生活质量量表评估癌因性疲乏与生活质量情况。结果观察组胃肠道反应发生率(25%)显著低于对照组(P<0.01);无疲乏、轻度疲乏比率(79.17%)以及PACTG、QLQ-C30生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育与护理干预有助于缓解胃肠道反应,减轻癌因性疲乏,提高生活质量。 Objective To study effect of health education and nursing intervention in chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 48 chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given health education and nursing intervention. Gastrointestinal reaction,cancer- related fatigue and quality of life were compared. Results Gastrointestinal reaction rate( 25%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P 0. 01). The rate of no fatigue and mild fatigue( 79. 17%) and quality of life scores of PACT- G and QLQ- C30 were significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Health education and nursing intervention will help ease the gastrointestinal reaction,reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life.
