全程优质护理模式对产妇产后哺乳技能与纯母乳喂养的影响

Effect of whole course high quality nursing on postpartum lactation skills and pure breast feeding of puerperae

目的探讨全程优质护理干预对产妇产后哺乳技能与纯母乳喂养的影响。方法选取本院妇产科收治的住院分娩的产妇300例,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行全程优质护理干预。比较2组患者干预3 d、6周、3个月后产妇的哺乳技能和纯母乳喂养情况。结果观察组产后3 d、6周、3个月纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后3 d哺乳技能的Latches评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后6周、3个月其哺乳技能的Latches评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理干预可提高产妇产后哺乳技能和纯母乳喂养率,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of whole course high quality nursing intervention on postpartum lactation skills and pure breast feeding of puerperae. Methods According to the order of admission,300 pregnant women in total were divided into observation group and control group,with 150 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention while the observation group received whole course high quality nursing intervention,and maternal pure breast feeding skills and lactation skills were compared in the two groups after 3 days,6 weeks and 3 months of intervention. Results After 3 days,6 weeks and 3 months of intervention,pure breast feeding rates in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After 3 days of postpartum,the Latches score of lactation skills of both groups showed no significant differences（ P〉0. 05）. After 6 weeks and 3 months,Latches score of lactation skills was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Whole course high quality nursing intervention can improve the postpartum lactation skills and pure breast feeding,so it is worthy of clinical reference.
